Tammy Rokus is a hardworking, objective and incredibly responsive real estate agent who specializes in investment, single-family and farm and ranch properties. She believes in the golden rule—treat others how you want to be treated—and makes that a mantra in her professional and personal life. She is also the lead agent for investment properties with the Stephen Reich Group.
Tammy started as a receptionist and grew to become AVP of underwriting for PNC Bank’s mortgage division, overseeing the Southeast Region and 85 direct reports. She later worked for a builder, helping facilitate an average of 30 closings a month and grow a rental portfolio to more than 125 commercial and residential properties. That experience in financing, construction and property management gives her clients a practical perspective on investment and residential property.
Away from work, Tammy helps her husband with their cattle operation, spends time with family, stays active in church and competes as a barrel racer.
